The BGO MEPT Fund (“MEPT" or the "Fund”), is a core, open-end private equity real estate fund. The Fund is advised by BGO and invests in a diversified portfolio of institutional-quality real estate assets across more than 25 major U.S. metropolitan markets.
Founded in 1982, the Fund's research-driven investment strategy focuses on industrial, multifamily, office, and other assets, including self-storage and life science, located in U.S. primary markets and seeks to produce stable income and competitive risk-adjusted total returns. MEPT executes this strategy with a commitment to industry-leading environmental sustainability standards, socially responsible investing practices, and superior governance principles.
